Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (KSA)

Hiring for the following Vacancy:

Position Title: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager – KSA
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Preferred Experience: 7-10 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our brand presence in the KSA air conditioning and home appliances market
• Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
• Manage and grow the customer base across different number of channels, focusing on fostering strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
• Lead contract negotiations and promotions with key customers
• Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to increase our market share
• Ensure the application of sales policies, procedures, and best practices with quality standards
• Guide and monitor the sales team, developing KPIs to enhance team’s performance
• Provide regular sales performance and business development activities reports and analysis to management

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries
• Strong network in the KSA market, with proven ability to build and maintain high-level and long term business
  relationships with customers and clients
• Experience managing sales teams and negotiating with major accounts, distributors, and retailers
• In-depth knowledge of the KSA market, competition, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Results-driven and able to work independently
