Sales Man

We’re looking for an experienced and well-organized Salesman to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements and Experiences

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Very Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic speakers are Preferred.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
  • Having UAE driving license.
  • Having Experience in UAE Market.

Customer Service

Main Job

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Requirements and Experiences

  • Nationality: Arab, Required language (Arabic – English)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
