Hiring for the following Vacancy:

Position Title: Sales Director – KSA
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Preferred Experience: 12-15 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand brand presence in the KSA air conditioning and home
    appliances market, driving growth
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets through strong leadership and strategic vision
  • Manage and grow the customer base across channels, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers,
    and key clients and other stakeholders
  • Lead contract negotiations and promotions with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to increase market share, and guide the team in
    execution
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and quality standards across the organization
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team, setting KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide regular performance reports to management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align sales strategies with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Foster accountability, driving ownership and results while offering ongoing feedback and support

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries
  • Strong network in the KSA market, with a proven ability to build and maintain high-level business relationships
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams, driving performance, and fostering a high
    performance culture
  • Expertise in negotiating with major accounts, distributors, and retailers, with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of the KSA market, competition, and industry trends
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed
    targets
  • Results-driven, able to lead by example and work independently to achieve business goals
