Titre du poste: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager – KSA
Emplacement: Riyadh, KSA
Expérience préférée: 7-10 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our brand presence in the KSA air conditioning and home appliances market
- Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
- Manage and grow the customer base across different number of channels, focusing on fostering strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
- Lead contract negotiations and promotions with key customers
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to increase our market share
- Ensure the application of sales policies, procedures, and best practices with quality standards
- Guide and monitor the sales team, developing KPIs to enhance team’s performance
- Provide regular sales performance and business development activities reports and analysis to management
Exigences:
- 7-10 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries
- Strong network in the KSA market, with proven ability to build and maintain high-level and long term business
relationships with customers and clients - Experience managing sales teams and negotiating with major accounts, distributors, and retailers
- In-depth knowledge of the KSA market, competition, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Results-driven and able to work independently
